Performance

Obel, a Food Grade Lobe Pump Series, has been specifically designed to make dismantling easy and efficient. Whether it’s for inspection, cleaning or maintenance, taking care of your Lobe Pump has never been simpler.

The distinctive design of the front-loading seal offers less downtime, effective cleaning and faster maintenance times, and because the forward-seal position places the seal in direct contact with CIP fluids, seal flaking is reduced thus maximising performance and reducing product contamination.

The only dismantling required is the front cover, the rotors and the seals, all of which can be removed without taking the pump away from the installation.

Single seal which can be modified to a double type (flushing) with a minimum of additional part
Horizontal or vertical ports on all pump sizes
Bi-directional operation
Single wing, bi-wing, tri-lobe and multi lobe all available. All are universal to suit any pump head
Clearances can be machined to suit any viscosity
Inlet port can be rectangular for high viscosity applications
