There are a range of different flow meters we supply at Ts Pumps including Turbine flow meters, Hygienic Mag flow meters, Oval Gear flow, industrial, ultrasonic clamp, water meters and Coriolis mass flow meters.

FDA & 3A Approved Turbine Flow Meters

1. Available with 3/8” to 2” Tri-Clamp Connections.
2. Capacity range from 2.3 – 1510 l/min
3. Accuracy is +/- 1% of Reading & supplied with 5 point calibration (10 & 20 points on request)
4. Repeatability: +/- 1%
5. Developed for use in a wide variety of hygienic & pharmaceutical applications.

Hygienic Mag Flow Meters

1. Constructed with a Stainless Steel AISI 306 casing with PTFE Liner and Hastelloy C Electrodes as standard.
2. Available with DN10 to DN100 Connections, wafer, Tri-Clamp, DIN 11851 or ISO 2852 connections
3. Bi-directional
4. Accuracy: 0.3% with M1000 or 0.2% with M2000 amplifier >5m/s
5. Repeatability: 0.1%
6. Engineered for long-lasting performance

Ultra-Sonic Clamp-on Flow Meters

1. Non-invasive & non-contact flow meters which wrap around the pipe and use a transit-time to measure flow rates.
2. Available wall mounted, DIN Rail Mounted or Hand Held with rechargeable batteries, complete with carry case and affiliated accessories.
3. Can be supplied for pipe sizes ranging from 25 mm to 700 mm
4. Can also be supplied to measure both flow and temperature of the medium.
