Tapflo’s CTH Hygienic Centrifugal Pump range is suitable for a wide variety of applications within the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries at competitive pricing and quick lead times. The Hygienic End Suction, Close Coupled, Single Stage Centrifugal Pumps feature either an Open (6 mm Solids Passage) or Semi-Open Impeller and are manufactured from Stainless steel AISI 316L, electro polished to Ra <0.8, to offer high mechanical and corrosion resistance for a plethora of hygienic applications at competitive pricing. Designed to have a range of build options easily connected such as, hygienic shroad, draining possibilities and heating jackets. Units are supplied as either 2 pole (high head applications) or 4 pole motors (low head applications).

  • The pump has been designed with only 19 components, this means maintenance and troubleshooting your Centrifugal Pump quick and easy. Short downtimes, low maintenance costs, meaning you can get your pump back up and running efficiently in no time.
  • Easily cleaned due to the possibility of draining and ability to transfer fluids for CIP.
  • High-quality material and finish ensure that the pump is up to the highest standard requirements for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.

When offered with a heating jacket, there are further possibilities like pumping margarine, paraffin and even chocolate. There are also many auxiliary applications such as the transfer of CIP liquids, detergents and water. Rather than typically being used for tank-to-tank transfer applications, they can also, however, be used for pressure boosting, dispensing, loading and offloading, tank cleaning, batching & metering, when used in conjunction with some of our wide range of control accessories.
