Hose Accessories for our Peristaltic Pump range.

We supply hose assemblies and fittings for a large variety of applications and industries, including Sanitary Hose, Food Grade Hose, Suction & Delivery Hose and Oil Resistant Hose, to name a few. A full list of the hoses and their applications is included below.

We are able to cater our hoses to a range of needs by cutting the length of the hose, or attaching a connection type or clamp.

Available fittings and adapters include, but are not limited to, CAM Locks, Expansion Bellows and Dry Break Couplings.

Hose Options per Application

  • Natural Rubber (NR): High abrasion resistance, can be used with a wide range of applications
  • NR Food: Ideal for the Food Industry, the hose is FDA approved abd CE 1935-2004 certified
  • Nitrile Buna (NBR): Ideal for greases, oils and polymers.
  • NBR Food: Ideal for the food industry as it is CE 1935-2004 certified and FDA approved
  • Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM): Ideal for applications requiring a high chemical resistance
  • Hypalon/Synthetic Rubber: Ideal for liquids such as chromic, nitric, sulfuric, sodium hypochlorite and sulfuric acid, requiring a hose with a high chemical resistance
  • Viton/FKM: Ideal for fluids such as petrol, lubricants, fuel and solvents requiring a high chemical resistance, as well as applications operating at high temperatures

Fittings and adaptors can be supplied in a range of materials: Brass, Stainless Steel, Polyglass or Aluminium.

CAM Locks

The CAM Locks that we supply are available in Aluminium, Brass, Stainless Steel AISI 316 and Polyglass. They provide hose assemblies to be connected to pumps without risk of leakage.

IBC & Drum Fittings

IBC and drum fittings provide an easy to maintain, quick and secure offloading system. They allow quick connection for IBC fittings and have excellent chemical resistance.

Hygienic Fittings & Counter Connections

We cater for hygienic fittings, valves and counter connections that are suitable for sanitary pumps. These include, Tri-Clamp counter connections, Butterfly & Ball valves, Concentric & Eccentric Reducers fittings and Hygienic Tubes.

ANSI / DIN Flanges & Universal Flange Adapters

We supply a variety of ANSI / DIN Flanges, Gaskets and Universal Flange Adapters. These are often used for joining together, pipes made from rigid materials such as Stainless Steel, PVC and Cast Iron.

Expansion Bellows, Expansion Joints & Anti-Vibration Couplings

These fittings and adapters work to protect the pump system and pipework from compression, misalignment and extension. They also reduce the output of noise and vibration from the system. We supply a large range of Expansion Joints, Expansion Bellows & Anti-Vibration Couplings.

Quick Release & Dry Break Couplings

These fittings are perfect for applications that demand a zero spillage policy.

These fittings ensure automatic sealing occurs in order to isolate fluid within the hose or pipework assembly. The sealing mechanisms are usually valves and can be supplied for Sanitary or Industrial applications.

These fittings are more efficient than flanged connections as they are tool-free and fast by self-sealing upon disconnection.
