By replacing the pump outlet with a Pulsation Dampener, your existing pump can be easily converted to a Dampener Integration Pump. This can be easily installed as the dampener does not need connecting to the pump as it is also the pump’s manifold. Materials – PE & PTFE The dampener housing is also the pump manifold so you do not have to worry about connecting the dampener to the pump. This solution does not affect the pump flow or the dampening effect. Available in HDPE & PTFE (Conductive optional), the dampener is fully in line with the direction of flow from the fluid chamber of the pump to obtain the best possible dampening effect. You can convert your existing Diaphragm Pump to have a built-on dampener by simply replacing the pump outlet with the DTK Pulsation Dampener.

The Dampener Integration pump is an effective way to eliminate pressure variations on the pump discharge for your Diaphragm Pump. These pump systems eliminate pulsing flow to 98% effectiveness and ideal if you have limited space in your factory for installation.
