Pony Plus Batch Controller

The batch controller can be delivered as a standalone system (PONY PLUS Q) which can be connected to an existing pump, valve or alarm or indeed trolley mounted with the pump included. The maximum viscosity for the meters is 80-100 cPs so this is ideal for a wide array of fluids within the food and beverage markets as well as the general industry for light fuel oils and hydrocarbons. There is an Impulse setting for calibration to the intended fluid. The control panel which is delivered on either the standalone unit or trolley mounted system features Dry-Run Protection as well as the standard on / off / reversing and isolating control. Remote Control Reset is also available on request. The display can indicate: Total displaced volume (with zero setting) up to 999.999 units. Partial volume in different units of measurement: litres, imperial gallons, US gallons. Accuracy is +/- 1%
